Ah, actually, the buxomize pills
do change her image--but only if she's old enough to have a bust in the first place. And they only change it once; there's one set of images for "took buxomize pills" and one set of images for "didn't take buxomize pills", and nothing (except a savegame editor) can change her picture back after taking it. You can notice the difference if you do the age-change cheat, though, since it will initially use the "normal" picture, then switch to the buxomized version when you close the cheat menu if she took a buxomize pill in the past. You can also see it if you switch between buxomized and unbuxomized save games.
