Man, this was a bastard to try and convert and cut down, kept not recognizing the format. Had to use different programs, then convert to different formats... argh!
Anywho, here's the short version (ie "the goods")
PS. Please, if it's not working, please say something so I can take it off; because I just spent 30 minutes trying to make it work and if it's not working for everyone, then it means that it's still screwed. Tip: use VLC player.
