Saline will eventually be absorbed into the bloodstream. So no it is not permanent. There was a guy a while back in Ripley's Believe it or not that did the same thing, but in his forehead. That was not permanent and in fact, he could press his thumb into the center leaving a indentation that would slowly fill back in. Most likely the same thing would happen with her breast. Sorry guys, but this may look like a good idea, but not worth it.
