If you've ever had a swollen anything, then it's going to be a lot like that. I can't say I've had it done or know anyone that has, I'm just using common sense. You're essentially putting a sizable amount of fluid into a localized area on your body. It's GOING to ache for a while. If I remember right, the results last for a while depending on how much is put in. Probably a week or more.
If you were seriously interested in following through on that, though, the BE Archive has a forum with a title along the lines of "Real Life Breast Enhancement Options" where they swap stories, info, and ask questions. I imagine at least a few people there are quite familiar with the process and could answer questions.
