Right but once the novicane wore off it didn't hurt except where the cut was nor did it bother me as the swollen area went back to normal. Also when the injection happened my thumb swelled up instantly and novicane doesn't activate instantly. The doctor had to wait a short bit for it to take effect, which was fast, just not instantly.

. That being said you are correct on the skin aching once it took effect as once it took effect I'd not know it, till the painkiller wore off.
Now I'm pretty sure they could always add a slight numbing drip if they really wanted to if it did cause enough pain to bother someone who was having her boobs inflated that way
