You'll find with experience that real breasts aren't always what most media would define as "perfect." Can't remember the statistic, but in a fair number of women, their sizes don't even match.

Probably would have been a more even distribution if they had done a needle above the nipple as they did and one below the nipple closer to the bottom of the breast itself and just regulated the flow visually.
