For the MBE it depends on if you want the BE along with it or just the extra breasts. Though you should realize that like Luku, the extra you pick is not easily loose able, and could in fact be permanent to your TG if I feel the need. Don't pick something that you might not want to carry around with any future sketches of your tg.
