I've been trying to figure out what each emblem is from. I've got all but the one on the left side, first row, second column. I swear I've got it before and it had to do something with her breasts. Here's the current list of which category the emblems come from.

If you don't get her breasts or penis to a certain size before the training ends it is possible to miss out on the "Chounyu" and "Choune" emblems despite having the level 3 parts. It is also possible to miss the one vag. emblem. I'm not sure what the requirements are though.
*The choker is gained after you begin after you start the second stage of training. It doesn't matter what the first stage was.
As of right now I've got all but two endings. They are the two in the first column of the second page. I'm still missing the scenes from the 2nd and 3rd stages that are to the left of the blank box. Also there are 3 from the 2nd page of the loving slave stage that I can't get. They are: r3,c3; r4,c3; and r4,c4.
