The manga should also feature processes, Ilparazzo posted pics from Vol.10 in the Evil Conversion thread, as well as the link for the first Episode.

After that the manga continues in Season II which goes by Chapter 03 as of 2008-02, the Anime goes by Episode 3 as well. I didn't have time to see the first volumes, but there may be better focus in her first transformation, than in the last.
