Honestly, I've never liked the specificity of the forum title, either, but LK's the boss, so what're you gonna do...
For the record, if it's "Girl to ___" you're probably safe to put it in TF unless the only things changing are her size (In which case it'd go in Growth/Shrinking) her age (AR/AP) her weight (Body Expansion) her breasts (BE) or her genetalia (TG).
