Actually, it could hypothetically be cured if we could find a way to stick a knife into the cells' ability to divide or into their ability to hide from white blood cells, which is an approach that some researchers have been taken. But I have to agree. The hardest part about trying to fight cancer is the fact that it isn't an outside organism. It's really just your body starting to break down and malfunction.
