In the Film The cat returns by studio Ghibli the main character starts turning into a cat once traveling to the kingdom of the cats. (she also shrinks) It takes plac ein the last 1/4 of the movie. She turns back before the end:
start of Cat Tf(the last minute or so) and shrink(half way through)
Contonues she grows whiskers.
