Technically, it'd be Geigue, from Mother/Earthbound 0. Of course, one could argue that Geigue and Giygas are one and the same.

I have to say, though, I kinda hope it isn't the case, because then that picture's just kinda creepy.

Giygas was the most awesome final boss ever, though.
