What happens next, by the way, is that they take all of two seconds to tear her clothes off, rape her, etc, etc. Cops hear none of this, by the way. Apparently it's the quietest rape ever, plus no cop ever thinks of doing a stroll by to make sure no one's hurt the obvious rape-bait.
Yeah. I should mention, this goes on for two hours, according to the comic, and the magic apparently makes her go "Yay! Rape!" until the end.
This is to say nothing about the demeaning tone the entire town has towards her, including random members of the public hanging around the hospital to see her, and then one guy ACTUALLY SAYING SHE DESERVES TO ROT IN PRISON DUE TO HER BREAST SIZE.

I've read quite a few SRU stories, and although they tended towards the "wish goes horribly wrong" plot, they weren't a consistent squickfest. I don't think "mind controlled slut" stories are inherently bad, but you have to spin it a certain way. It's all too easy for it to become extremely uncomfortable to read, which seems to be the case here. It's one thing to use MC to give a bitch her comeuppance, or to lower inhibitions/increase confidence. That can still get creepy, but it doesn't have to, in my opinion. Bill Pratt and Fret Pearson do a good job of toeing the line between good and bad MC. Sometimes they tip over to the wrong side, but their stories are more about sexy fun than cruel punishment.
There's no fun in seeing a nice, if misguided, girl have her life completely ruined by an ill-advised wish. That's about as sexy as the scene in
Leprechaun 3 where the woman who wishes for bigger breasts blows up (inflates) and then blows up (explodes), or the end of the otherwise hawt
Faust BE scene, where the woman melts into goo. It's so... wtf? Why can't there just be sexiness, you know? Everyone gets horny and fucks. That's a good story, pornwise.
