Basically, only you can decide what's good or not. People can tell you it sucks, people can tell you it's cute, people can tell you it's great, people can tell you it's ok. The key to finding good anime is to shrug and give anything that gets your attention a try.

I'll admit it has its generic moments, and I'm not too fond of shotacon, but I like the series so far.
It's hinted at in the anime, and a little more explained in the manga: Chizuru is of course a fox spirit, and being a spirit of nature, she is drawn to the scent of Kouta, who transfered from the country. She loves him for that, and grows to like him more as she learns more about him.
