I forget where I heard this, but somebody rigged up a "Boss Fight" mode, it went something like:
-Teams are 3 vs. 1
-The three are designated Heroes
-Remaining player is the Villain
-Stamina Mode
-Heroes have 100 health, Villain has 400.
-One Life
-Scores are invisible so nobody knows who has how much health.
I have not tried it yet, but I hear it makes for good times.
