I saw the Episode when it air and i rember it was his hair tonic he was drinking for all those years that was in some way making his DNA more like Ood so that when the Ood main brain was out of it's bounds he would suffer sort of a pay back for enslaving all ood kind ^^.

The party that made me go ewww is were he coughs out the small brain thats just nasty XD.
