Maybe it's supposed to be about exploitation. They could be drawing a parallel between college girls being exploited on various TV-offer videos and cows being exploited for their milk.
Either way, it all just screams, "Hey, we made these terrific udders! Let's strap 'em on some skinny activist broads* and film it!"
*I don't actually use the term 'broads' in everyday conversation.
