Mood Boobs pops up now and then, it's not particularly helpful to say "OMG PAID CONTENT FOR FREE!" because I'm sure the mere sight of the topic name had people mashing their keyboards, trying to get their hands on it while Warlock has an aneurysm.

Sauerkraut's advice is dead on though - flag the content on the site in question and then do your best to inconspicuously contact someone involved with said work... although, if you've already flagged the content, it's unlikely they'll be able to do much more than sigh.
