Something occured to me now that I think about your request for character ideas. How about this?

Someone close to Mary, a relative or friend or otherwise is suffering from an incurable illness and Mary sees an opportunity to put The Flesh's abilities to a good use (that is if she can pull it off with the proper amount of discrecion)

Type of transformation? Hmm...Katie seems to have been landed as Mary's refreshment table and someone has already thought of a "soldier" type, what if this person got a "breeder" type role? I have noticed the lair building process seems kinda slow so such a subordinate to speed along the process might make sense.

Just throwing out ideas.
