I'll go ahead and give a rundown on what is involved on each girl so no one gets unpleasantly surprised:

Kayo: Extreme Breast Growth, Lactation, Some bondage and brief nipple insertion
Makoto: Hourglass Growth with some emphasis on breasts, Nipple Growth
Manabu: Dickgirl
Mary: Extreme Insertion just about everywhere
