Personally, I don't think that you really want to be putting fat into the breasts like that... I imagine it's not quite as dangerous as the whole "inject fat we lipo'd from somewhere else" but even if it works, I can still see it causing problems.
Yes, the Japanese are doing some stem cell stuff... how that's going, I've no idea. It's one of those stories you'll hear repeated a few times but the amount of progress made is never really touched upon... are they in pre-clinical trials? Clinical? You never get these pertinent pieces of information, it seems.
