Well I found it. I am going to download it. Watch it and snip out the "good part" and post that as a Megaupload file. Since if you want to find the whole thing its not THAT hard. Just use google, but for lazy people I guess. I shall do what I said previously.

Edit: Yes that movie has an "inflation" scene. But its not the one from the Gif image on the first post. If anyone wants the one from the "Cruel Magic Angels" then say so.

Edit number Two: Ok the scene in the first post gif is from "Inyouchu Shoku". Which is not the second episode to "Inyouchu" but more of an off shoot. I am currently getting "Inyouchu Shoku" and then I will get "Inyochu" after which I will sort it all out and post again.
