Ok, tips:

More then 30% increase causes that pixelisation effect.

Ways around it: when morphing a drawing, just use the pen tool to redraw the lines. There are several good tutorials on dA for this. To reduce the pixelisation in the colored areas, lightly use the smudge or blur tools (your preferance).

Nice eye transplant on the last one. The sweat drop needs some lines, through.
