Palladium Books has some stuff on this too. Not anything that gets into actual sex mind you, but it's not hard to see the applications. There's a class in nightbane called the flesh sculpter that is basically a magic plastic surgeon that can make any change they like. There's a class that originated in Rifter 9 1/2 called the ludicris mage which has been expanded and has the entire class with spells in their best of rifter. Everything from Alter Physical Feature, Metamorph: Opposite Sex, blubber boy (for the wg lovers) ect.
