a quick babelfishing of the website says that the last picture is the result of a mutagenic virus being released in a quarantined city.

Does anyone know if this kind of art is a style? I've seen a lot of guro paintings of japanese soldiers violently murdering girls that look similar to this, but I don't think its the same artist.
