They are. AVI (iirc) lost the rights to it for some odd reason, so Bandai took it up but are just releasing a subbed version at the moment. Dubbed version is coming early next year.So for all intents and purposes, it SHOULD be a subbed version.
Doesn't mean I don't hate when people piss and moan about dubbed versions though.
