Not based on the Cape Crusader's latest film (meaning it won't have the movie-game curse), the story was written by Paul Dini and has Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill reprising their roles as Batman and Joker, respectively. And, like most games using the Unreal 3 engine, it looks fantastic:
