upper class: yearly household income $150,000 or greater

upper middle: 90k-150k

middle: 60k-90k

lower middle: 40k-60k

lower: below 40k

note that these are averages for a household of 4 people with two income earners. if you're a college student and/or on your own, use your parents income to determine.

also, add or subtract 10k for each person more or less than four.
