Like I told, I am missing the rest of the chapters. Horror story chapter, no process, but it might serve to illustrate what you meant on the first post.
Zettai Karen featured a ghost TF, though is through projection as a ghost, meaning there is no real transformation, it's one of the major defining plots, and some things are left to be explained even in recent chapters. I don't think I want to spoil the manga, specially considering it has no process.
