As for me, I can read Japanese. Even then, there are some things that confused me, like how your favourite food being spicy or sweet had any bearing on a flag that determines two possible routes in the futanari path.
I mentioned earlier that there were hints in the readme file with the choices you need for each scene (It's a little messy though). As for answering the questions, you can always use a kanji dictionary if there are words you want to look up. But, just to save you time, here are some words for breasts (there are more, but you'll easily pick them up and other anatomy words over time):
胸 (Mune) This literally means chest, but it's probably the most common word for breast.
乳 (Chichi) Another word for breasts. It is used in a lot of compounds:
乳房 (Chibusa)
巨乳 (Kyonyuu)
爆乳 (Bakunyuu)
超乳 (Chounyuu)
おっぱい／オッパイ (Oppai) The slang word for breasts. This is probably one of those words like baka that a lot of weaboos write in romaji.
