Ah! My Goddess Doujinshi
Found on masterbloodfer's site: Ah! My Goddess BE.
The 3 Pages of BE are attached, along with the whole manga (only 30 pages). Skuld gets drunk, grows boobs, and makes out with the main character. There's some twist at the end I can't understand with Bell's boobs, too.
