The closest thing that comes to mind is Emi Isuzu from Tenjho Tenge, who could manipulate her body fat to appear fit. She loses control during a battle with Maya Natsume and reverts to her obese form. I know it's mostly Body Enlargement, but the concept is similar.
It's a nice process to boot. The video should still be here in the forums, it just takes a little search.
