I'd actualy recommend
Azureus as your bittorrent client.
It works quite well, and you can set the speed at which you upload, and see who you are downlaoding from. Plus, as far as I know it's the only client that supports de-centralized torrenting, that is you don't need a tracker.

Harddrive space does not affect performace. (Well, actually, it can, but mostly it's just storage space)
And are we still talking about Oppai Slider, or is this about Artificial Girl 2 now?
As for min specs, your set up already sounds like it can handle it pretty easy. (talking of Oppai Slider)
