I was talking to a friend earlier and he recommended a manga to me but he couldn't remember the title. He gave me a brief description of things that happen and hopefully you guys can help me come up with the title. He said that the people in the manga have powers that come from tattoos on their bodies. And one of the ways the main character gets powers is by biting one of the tattoos which is on a woman's breast. He then gets a small mark on his face and is pretty weak compared to the other characters of the manga. I don't know if this is a good enough description but I would just like to know the title if you guys could help. Thanks
