You do know that according to this law, Futaba-Kun Change, Ranma 1/2, and hell, even Dragon Ball and Inuyasha are all illegal child porn, right? All of them have scenes of partial nudity involving under-18 characters. The new Amber Alert law's little submarine amendment has no contingencies for artistic merit or nonsexual nudity.
And there has never been a conclusive link between real child porn and lolicon. Figure it this way -- what would you rather have the pedophiles fapping to? Pictures of Sasami, or actual porn where actual humans were hurt and violated?
I don't "get" lolicon myself. I just also am equally confused as to people who get upset at it. They're just drawings.
