You guys must read all the wrong books. I can think of a few female super heroes who's powers quite often render them naked, just not from growth spurts.
Husk (powers cause her clothes to disintegrate or she forcefully rips them off)
Dust (turns into a living sandstorm, leaving empty clothes behind to be retrieved later (originally))
Mercury (liquid metal body allows her to melt right out of anything she's wearing (unless it's her uniform))
Wasp (shrinks out of anything that's not her uniform.. you should know this one already jeez
)
Wolfsbane (I don't need to explain this one)
Those are examples off the top of my head of ladies who's powers (depending on the writer) render them naked so long as they are not wearing those accursed
unstable molecule uniforms. In the case of Husk, especially in Uncanny X-Men back when Austen was writing it, she was just walking fanservice. Every issue where she used her powers she would end up naked.
So nude girls in comics, happens all the time. But nude as a result of growing or "hulking out" not so much.
