I've never seen the clip before. I like their attempt at special effects combing what's probably a plastic breast mold and then traditional balloons beneath it. It's a very good attempt at maintaining realism while expanding even though it turned out to be super obvious.

Maybe one day, somebody will manage to use a softer material and make the edges of the mold taper down to match up closer with the balloon expanding beneath the uninflatable mounds, blah blah blah.

Lets keep examining the situation. It's a very cartoony sort of situation. It'd translate very well into art and animation. It sort of reminds me of Woot's 1-page BE Cola comic.

So it's more like a volumizing hairspay for tits! It's a cosmetics product!
