This really isn't a substantial or detailed BE, but I caught it when checking Zero Punctuation and giggled a bit.

It occurs at around 1:00, "Now you can be a mute, extremely placid-faced girl with a very strange metabolism too!". (for those too lazy to check the rest, it was a joke at his earlier comment on how the protagonist in the first game was a mute, extremely placid-faced guy with a strange metabolism, but apparently on the female version, the fat goes to the breasts instead of belly)
