A very easy way to pull any flash video down is to use Safari on PC or Mac. If you open the page in Safari, start playing the video and then go to Window > Activity in the toolbar up top, a new window will open with all the items in the current Safari window. I usually look on the right hand side to see which file is the largest (as that is usually the video file). Double click on it in the listing and it will ask you where you want to save it.
