Issue #2. It's a PTSD hallucination of the herm's "mother" who took hir in after running away from home, and horribly abused hir and turned hir out for "tricks". She is eventually killed when she almost goes too far and nearly kills hir.

It's the reason why s/he was in prison in issue #1.
