ya the thing they did was use a tool in Gmod called "Inflator" it inflates or shrinks portions of the ragdoll
best use of this: making Korin's boobs bigger

the ragdoll of Korin is pretty much the only one you can use the inflator on without it freaking out the model's polygons (talkin' bout inflating/shrinking boobehs)
