According to the trailers, and to the official website to that Bleach movie you're talking about, it hints to the plot involving Soul Society members being struck with amnesia, causing them to be hostile towards Ichigo and Rukia.

And to other clips, it's also as if Rukia is also caught in that amnesia, causing a rift, leaving Ichigo somewhat alone. So I don't see any evil conversion there. Unless Rukia somehow gets the Kaien Shiba treatment. But that's another speculation.
