Another I've been thinking about picking up for a long time - the graphics look great with a lot of potential, but the gameplay (in the demo) feels like ass - is Rumble Roses XX. It looks like there are a lot of body/costume modification options there - mostly sliders - but I'm not into "real" wrestling games - compared to "normal" fighting games. There is the added potential of "photo-taking snapshot/pose sessions" - although I don't know how you'd get them off the xbox and onto your PC unless they were saved outside the game save on the HD.
I own both games and Soul Caliber 4 is one of my all time favorites but I found it's custom character mode to be lacking. You can do some body modification including bust size for females, but it's rather limited. Clothing dose more then in most games. It adjusts your HP, Attack, defense, ans SC gauge as well as your points to use on the rather limited selection of custom skills. But the available selection of clothing peaces seems sparse compared to Soul Caliber 3's.

In Rumble Roses XX you can do body mods as well but the effects on the models can be quite pore at times. And the Bust size adjustment makes barley any noticeable change at all. All the costumes must be purchased in sets with your in game winnings and it takes nearly forever to purchase every costume for each girl. With that many of the costumes can not be mix and matched only altered in color. I got this game as part of a promotional bundle when I bought my Xbox, and I have to say that it fails in just about every way don't bother with it unless you are into female body building or repetitive game play
