A sequel to the infamous Killer Ninja tits game. In case you don't know the ninjas in this game use their boobs and butts as various weapons. I wasn't sure where to post this topic as it rather fit "boob transformation" rather then BE. Then again its a sort of "expansion" (stretching, shape shifting, whatever) so what the heck.
