Zombies can be pretty, and vampires can be ugly, so I think it really depends on how the critic interprets the definition of 'necrophilia'.
Honestly, if the corpse doesn't look like a true corpse, and isn't ACTING like a corpse, it isn't necrophilia. Given what I know of necrophilia and how it works, a true necrophiliac wouldn't actually be attracted to a vampire - or the Witch for that matter - unless they both looked and behaved like a proper corpse; in other words, a passive, completely non-responsive sack of anthropomorphic meat.
Interestingly enough, I'd actually saw the Zoey/Witch-kiss picture on another forum already, where it had been made into a motivational poster. I thought I recognized the art style, but I wasn't sure. I certainly wasn't expecting it to be tied with any BE content, not that I'm complaining.
