May-Be SOFT mostly produces games with cutesy busty characters, but some do have breast expansion and lactation in theme. The one mentioned in the second video by NinjaBunneh is from
MonoGocoro-MonoMusme. One of the characters seems to be able to change her age, bust size, etc. The other characters are just cutesy busty characters, one of which produces milk.
