The hair, breasts, eyes, and ears look way off to me. However, I did find the tail fairly interesting though as it didn't look too standard and was of a nice shade of color and well textured. I think I would have preferred the picture without whatever filter you used to mosaic or texturize or whatever its called :P. Biggest thing I think you can improve on is the eyes, she seems sort of soul-less right now with no eyes.
