SIMPSONS has degeneraed into crap because:

A) It has been going for too long

B) Matt not longer works there

C) Is very hard to run such a long TV series when you cant have the characters grow up or make references to thinks that arent at least six months old. The SIMPSONS unability to make refences to current happenings has become one of it downfalls once they have used almost every good idea posible.
