Lives Manga
There was originally a thread that was about this manga, but it might be deleted or closed, plus I've been trying to find it to revive it, but no go.
Anyway, it's a manga about the Kanto region of Japan being turned into a prehistoric jungle after a gigantic meteor passes the Earth. There are those who, after they are exposed, turn into monsters. An ordinary girl wakes up in this world, where she is attacked by a giant monster. But before she is killed, she is saved by another monster, who quickly goes back to normal.
The attachment is a pic of a brother and sister, who have been mutated. It doesn't end well, though.
